چکیده
Abstract The materials with low dielectric constant and loss are vital for high integration degree of the circuit board. Although many polymers like epoxy resin exhibit excellent comprehensive performance, their is unable to satisfy electronic packaging application. In this work, we present a simple grafting strategy via reaction between hollow glass microsphere polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane followed by blending fabricate microspheres composite materials. superior heat resistance (HGM) can improve thermal performance composites. Due addition Ge‐POSS, P‐HGM exhibited good interfacial compatibility matrix forms an adhesion region. With loading 20 wt%, fabricated 2.59 0.0145. It suggests method promising potential fabricating

Effective dielectric constant of periodic composite materials
We present computer simulation data for the effective permittivity ~in the quasistatic limit! of a system composed of discrete inhomogeneities of permittivity e1 , embedded in a three-dimensional homogeneous matrix of permittivity e2 . The primary purpose of this paper is to study the related issue of the effect of the geometric shape of the components on the dielectric properties of the medium...
متن کاملEffective dielectric constant of random composite materials
The randomness in the structure of two-component dense composite materials influences the scalar effective dielectric constant, in the quasistatic limit. A numerical analysis of this property is developed in this paper. The computer-simulation models used are based on both the finite element method and the boundary integral equation method for twoand three-dimensional structures, respectively. ...
متن کاملThrough-tiiickness Elastic Constant for Aramid-epoxy/aluminum Composite Materials*
The objectives in this study were to deterrnine the through-thickness elastic constant of fiber-epoxy/metal composites with ultrasonic measurements and determine the elastic constants of the constituent layers. The specimens that we studied consist of alternaring layers of aluminum (2024 TI) and fiber-epoxy [1], all of which are 200 to 300 jlm thick. As Figure 1 indicates the outer two layers o...
متن کاملEffects of Sea Water on Glass / Epoxy and Kevlar/epoxy Composite Materials
Composite materials are being widely used in applications including marine industry where specific properties and corrosion resistance are required. Many applications have been mentioned for pipes systems on ships, offshore platforms and also for coastal engineering plant such as power stations and desalination installations. However, it was recognized that the optimum use of composite material...
متن کاملMechanical Properties, Fracture and Water Diffusion in Nanoporous Low Dielectric Constant Materials
Extendibility of Cu/Low-k integration schemes beyond the 45 nm node requires integration of nanoporous dielectrics with greatly reduced permittivity into the back-end process of integrated circuits (IC). However, existing candidate materials suffer insufficient mechanical integrity and fracture resistance to survive the harsh fabrication flow. Their open pore structure is susceptible to the ing...
